		<description>Thanks for the great tips.  It&#039;s been ages since I&#039;ve got a complete 6 to 8 hours sleep at a stretch.  Though I sleep around the same time every night, I&#039;m awake by about 2 am and then I toss and turn trying to get to sleep and finally succeed only towards the early hours which leaves me feeling very tired as i get up at the same time every day</description>

After a night out partying and drinking, I always wake up after 3 hours of sleeping. Maybe you can get a sleep analysis done where someone monitors your mind and body during sleep.</description>

		<description>Thanks for confirming the fact that cool air in the bedroom creates a better &quot;sleep&quot; environment.  My kids have always fought me on this one---they always cranked up the heater and doubled up on thier blankets which made for a hot, stuffy bedroom---yuck!!</description>

		<description>A warm towel rolled up and applied to the spine is helpful, combined with the atmoshpehere in the room being cool.  Similarly, spend a few moments outside to get a little chilly then get into a warm bed.  Good night.</description>
